The History of the Mothers Symposium
The Mothers Symposium began as a small gathering of women who wanted a meaningful space to explore the experience of motherhood in all its forms—personal, cultural, emotional, and intellectual. What started as an intimate conversation circle has grown into a vibrant community dedicated to honest dialogue, shared wisdom, and mutual support. Over the years, the Symposium has brought together mothers, thinkers, and creators to discuss the evolving landscape of parenting and the many identities we hold. Our mission remains the same: to cultivate connection, reflection, and a deeper understanding of what it means to mother in today’s world.
